Yes, all dedicated, VPS and VDS servers are provided with full root access. This means you have full control over your machine.
All of our dedicated servers are setup on the same day they're ordered, usually within a few hours. The same applies to our virtual dedicated servers. This is because we need to confirm the order on our side, and allocate your IP addresses. Custom server builds usually take a few days to complete.
Yes, we can include another 1Gbps network port on your server for an extra £10 /month - we can even add this to a LAG on our network switches to give you 2Gbps of aggregated bandwidth. We can even do 10Gbps ports, and different levels of bandwidth commits - please just let us know and we'd be more than happy to accommodate.
