Our experienced on-site engineers are available 24/7 to perform a wide range of tasks on your behalf — including power cycling equipment, reseating cables, swapping hardware components, performing visual inspections, and more. Most standard Remote Hands tasks are included at no additional cost, and our team is ready to respond promptly whenever you need technical assistance.

Yes — we encourage prospective customers to book a tour if they'd like to see our facilities first-hand. Touring the data centre gives you the opportunity to assess the environment, infrastructure, and security protocols in person. You’ll be shown around by a member of our technical team who can answer any questions you may have about power, cooling, networking, or deployment logistics.

Our colocation service agreements include physical access to your equipment within our data centres. This access enables you or your authorised personnel to perform essential tasks such as server maintenance, hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, and any other activities directly related to your hosted infrastructure - providing you with full control and flexibility over your environment.

Yes — we fully support BYOIP. If you have your own provider-independent (PI) IPv4 or IPv6 address space and a valid ASN, we can set up a BGP session to announce your prefixes from our network. You’ll be connected to our multi-homed, 100Gbps+ IP backbone with access to Tier 1 transit providers, internet exchanges, and DDoS mitigation. We’ll work with you during the initial setup to ensure proper routing, filtering, and ROA validation are in place. If needed, we can assist with configuring your routers or handle the announcement on your behalf on our own routers.

At FyfeWeb, DDoS protection is included on all our services - including colocation - at no extra cost.
