All FyfeWeb data centre colocation customers are connected to our world-class 100Gbps+ IP network, via both copper and fibre connections. You can choose single or multiple 1Gbps ports, or you can scale all the way up to 10Gbps. We use a variety of Tier 1 ISPs for our transit connectivity, and work with various DDoS mitigation providers to deliver clean inbound packets to customers.

Yes, we include one hour of remote hands with each of our colocation packages free of charge, with more available upon request. Remote Hands is a data center term that refers to the ability of a customer or service provider to interact with the customers IT equipment within a data center environment from a remote location. From racking your servers to upgrading hardware, we can do it all.

Our colocation service agreements grant customers physical access to their equipment within our datacentres. This access allows you or your authorised staff to perform tasks such as server maintenance, hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, or any other necessary activities directly related to your hosted hardware.
Yes, once we receive an LoA (Letter of Authority) we are happy to announce your IP Addresses for you. We can then route the entire block of IPs to you, or handle the routing on our core devices if you don't want to do this yourself. There is no additional charge for this.
We provide DDoS protection on all of our services, including colocation, for no additional charge. This uses the GTT Corero Smartwall platform, which has a large global filtering capacity. We don't redirect on-attack either, all traffic flowing into the network is filtered 24/7/365 and automatically inspected for attacks. This means that the time to mitigate an attack is under one second. Further to this, we have our own cross connects in our London Edge Data Centres and no GRE tunnels, which ensures consistent reliability and performance with zero overheads.
